For all the talk of leadership, we've seen more examples of non-leadership and outright failures from individuals carrying pedigrees from institutions and organizations who have come to define the mental models and currencies of leadership we practice today.
Has our understanding of leadership become the equivalent of the dial-up modem? Does this term mean anything with the changing nature of work? Is it possible to move beyond the trait-based and character-driven assumptions of leadership?
